Israel's rank probably should be subject to review, as they are the largest foreign recipient of US taxpayer largesse. I bet the per capita spending of their own money is considerably lower when you subtract US grants, gifts, and discounted military hardware.

@ cooperlife : after the 1917 Russian revolution the rest of the world's conservative parties switched to blue. Red Republicans seem quite bizarre to Europeans.
